Agreement*
Star Trek: Phase II thrives on the active involvement of its fans. Based on our crew needs and your availability, Phase II will make every effort to accommodate your desire to join us on our working set. However, our shoots are necessarily limited in time and resources, and so it may not be possible for everyone who wishes to participate to do so. Furthermore, there is a chance that the position you desire is already occupied. If so, we will endeavor to find you another position appropriate to your skill set. The success of Phase II relies on the full participation of its crew, which sometimes means we call on people to help in areas to which they were not originally assigned. Phase II must have this kind and level of effort from everyone involved in the production. Please refrain from applying if you cannot commit the time, effort and flexibility required.

The position for which you are applying is voluntary and does not constitute employment nor an offer of employment or any other consideration or compensation. Other than being credited in the episode (if you successfully carry out the position you are volunteering for), you will receive no payment, compensation or reimbursement of any kind or any other consideration.

You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, meals, insurance and other personal expenses. While Phase II may arrange for your lodging, you must pay for it in advance, or cancel arrangements as instructed by the deadline.

Cawley Entertainment Company (CEC) and Retro Film Studios (RFS) are not liable for any injury or accident which occurs on their property, on location or during the filming conducted by them (or during any other production related instance).

Unless otherwise announced by the Producers during the shoot, photography on Retro Film Studio's property and during location filming is prohibited by all crew except the designated Set Photographers and Continuity Photographers. There may be times designated for open photography, but all photographs - taken by anyone - are the property of CEC/RFS and are not to be published on the web or in the media without prior permission from CEC/RFS. This policy will be strictly enforced.

At Star Trek: Phase II we are a group of fans who have come together with a common love for the classic era Star Trek, for the purpose of having fun while making new episodes. We are not in this production for the purpose of making any profit, nor do we expect to further our careers by doing so. We believe in Star Trek's vision of a hopeful future and are just here to make friends, make and enjoy Star Trek, and have fun along the way. I agree I am joining the production "family" of this episode for the same reasons.

I understand that I will be required to sign a waiver and non-disclosure agreement showing my understanding of all of these policies before being issued a security badge and being allowed onto RFS property. I also agree that during the production and any related events, I will abide by all Safetey and Production Rules that will be outlined to me during Orientation, as well as all of the rules set forth above.
